Thank you, to you and all the staff from Honda Bedfordview for providing the  delicious eats for our Frail-care in celebration of Mandela’s Birthday today.

I am sure I can speak for each of the Resident’s and the staff here at Arbor Village and say that we all had a lot of fun singing Happy Birthday to Mr Mandela whilst enjoying the wonderful snacks.

I will most certainly be working very hard at getting the calendar for 2013 changed so that I can have that 30th Day in February to receive my Brand New Honda.

I initially thought that because of the public holiday on the 1 May 2012, the service would be somewhat relaxed. To my surprise , it was TOP NOTCH!!! .
All that was stipulated for the kilometers in the service booklet was carried out and I got my car back in the condition I left it.

I would like to compliment Marilena Contino on the superb service we received. She was polite and efficient and did her homework well, in order for me to get the best interest rate on my loan. She explained everything quickly and efficiently and had all the paperwork prepared when we arrived and she made the job of signing the lengthy paperwork, less tedious.
Dan, the salesman was also very pleasant and efficient.

I'm writing this email to bring to your attention the hard working and noble efforts of Chris, your Head foreman in the service department.
I purchased a second hand S2000 from your pre-owned vehicles only to find out that not only was there no service history but the car was not serviced either before it was given to me .
Seeing that the deal was clearly sour, no one was interested to help me I won't mention names but they know who they are.
Chris was there to listen to my concerns about the vehicle he took the swiftest action to get the car back to the way it should have been, He went as far as fetching me this morning personally to come collect my car. To be frank I don't think I would return to honda bedfordview if Chris was no longer there .
You are very lucky to have such a diligent and dedicated member in your staff team I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from him and trust that I can depend on him to do a great job every time .

Dear Andrea,
It is with utmost appreciation and thanks that I have felt to write to you.
My mother, Antoinette Viljoen and I stay together. She is a pensioner supporting me with three children. After writing off my own vehicle last year its been an uphill struggle with many applications and declines based on the fact that my mother cannot drive her own vehicle..
We met Greg sometime last year in Greenstone Mall and had looked at the vehicles, whereby he kept our contact details and has been giving us curtesy calls following our progress in the search for a new vehicle...
Greg has a calm nature, the honesty and helpfulness always shone through.. It is something one can feel deep down.. He has been a blessing to us!
At the decline of our last application with yet another dealership it so happened that we received another call from Greg. He has never been pushy as so many of them are, and he took matters on with a kind and helpful manner when the window of opportunity opened to  him.. Greg has just left our home, having driven the contract through for signature. Greg certainly gives one the trust in salesmanship! 

Our deep felt thanks to Marilena for her exceptional service too for handling the finance and insurance queries.. She kept us posted all the time and saw to every query we had promptly and professionally... Hence her nickname 'Sunshine' in our home!

I have just spoken to Noni, the client that bought the 2003 Volkswagen Polo Classic 1.6i Comfortline from Youssef. OMW…this client had no words for YOUSSEF…she is so BLOWN away by his EXCELLENT service…she actually said she is in awe….she said in the near future she will most defiantly buy a Honda JUST because the service is great.

I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to you guys for the outstanding service and the manner in which my sale was executed, you guys have acted with the highest amount of professionalism and hospitability from the moment my family and I walked through the door to sign the documents and take possession of the vehicle.
Sam was more than accommodating to my needs, allowed me to test drive the vehicle and noted my faults. Marilena Contino has handled my finance smoothly when to the extent of getting it approved within a shockingly fast time span, went an extra mile to negotiate with the bank to approve a better rate, she was always open for me to make any enquiry via email.
I have purchased a few vehicles in my time and have never experienced this high level of service from a dealership, its these small steps taken by the individuals that make a world of a difference to the customer ,the personal attention that I have received was tremendous.
